Strategic Actions - STRATs

Strategic actions (STRATs) are cultural actions and initiatives which address important needs and/or bridge gaps in the present cultural landscape, both in larger - social and smaller - organisational environment. STRATs are an instrument to directly link strategic orientation of BAC with the necessary action in the field. They are identified (e.g. scouting for projects; invited calls), proposed, and/or conceptualised by BAC and its network of partners and experts. They can be of regional, national or local scope, and of different time-duration. STRATs could be developed and/or initiated either directly by implementing partners, or as partnership projects between several organisations.
